22.09.21 – DHN Elbow Room Networking

We are delighted to welcome Devyani Vaishampayan, CEO of HR Tech Partnership. as our guest Speaker. (www.hrtechpartnership.com) Her topic will be:-

How Can AI & Digital solutions help people management?

Key points /outline :

  • AI is already a part of our everyday lives
  • A hybrid workplace is forcing managers to think differently
  • One example area ( Coaching & Mentoring) where AI is being deployed
  • A two min video of one solution which brings it to life
  • Which areas of people management are these solutions being deployed
  • Finally, how are AI/digital solutions different to normal IT

What we think is particularly interesting is the intersection of technology and people within which her company operates. It is about enhancing people management capability (particularly the softer areas such as coaching, engagement, leadership etc) through the use of AI/Digital solutions . This means that the user does not have to start over or commission bespoke work. Here is a brief opportunity to find out about – in this instance – what is called the “Human Capital Digital Innovation Hub.”
