ERC – Events Programme – 2017

Wednesday 18th January: Dr Jonathan Ward: “India and China: Partners or Rivals?” This talk will cover essential economic, military, geostrategic, and modern historical aspects of China-India relations, in order to address the status of their relationship at present, its possible directions, and its implications for the world.

Monday 20th February: Baroness Dr Ros Altmann, a leading authority on all aspects of pensions, from investment strategy to company pensions, state pension policy, retirement and annuities. : Title TBC

Wednesday 29th March: Keith Wade, Group Chief Economist, Schroders: Title TBC

Tuesday 25th April: Andrew Haldane, Chief Economist at the Bank of England and MPC member: Title TBC

All events take place at the Royal Overseas League, St James’s Street, SW1A 1LR. 6.30pm – 8pm. We begin with drinks at 6.30, the speaker delivers their address from 7 and then there is an audience Q&A from 7.30 with the event closing at 8pm.
